"Lovely hotel in the heart of Crickhowell with its lovely scenery and plenty of pubs and eateries. Rooms were of a reasonable size and very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely rainfall shower and a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were very polite and helpful. Very reasonably priced. "

"This is a fantastic inn with rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable. Bathroom with lovely easy to use walk in shower, plenty of hot water at anytime. What a treat to have a freshly cooked breakfast all 4 mornings. I stayed over the Easter weekend visiting friends in the village - although the pub was very busy with diners, the staff always had time to say hello and ask if everything was ok with my stay - excellent bar and a very good Melbec by the glass! "In need of decorating or a spruce up. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. Wouldn't take much to make it a really nice room to stay in."
