Upon arrival, no one escorted me to my room or even showed me where it was located. The receptionist simply pointed toward the double doors, leaving me to navigate the hotel on my own. When I finally reached the room, I discovered that the bed was broken—the mattress sagged heavily on the left side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
There was no drinking water provided in the room, so I had to go back to reception around midnight to request some, and I was given only one bottle. The kettle in the room was also empty, which meant I had to fill it using water from the bathroom sink just to make a hot drink. Later that night, I ran out of basic supplies such as water and sugar, and once again had to call reception to request them.
Overall, the experience was quite inconvenient and far below expectations.
