"Our two weeks stay was truly exceptional, despite a minor issue with the room, which was promptly and courteously resolved. Special thanks to Yvonne at the front desk and Josephine in housekeeping for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We look forward to returning with our dog on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Fantastic stay! Renovated Harbour view room easily accommodated a family of 4, the day beds along the window convert to singles and were very comfortable for the kids. Pool area is excellent. The staff are very good with children, they were given small gifts on arrival and fruit and sometimes treats in the room everyday. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Fabulous!"
