Nice environment, safe,close to harbor promenade Close to MTR star ferry and airport shuttle and buse ,abundant taxi outside hotel Daily cleaning the room was excellent Love the location and the hotel doesn't make you feel very busy even though extremely busy area

Staff was exceptional as was the breakfast buffet. Location was also very convenient and I'm glad I chose this area over other areas I looked at as a first time visitor to HK. Every department really did a fantastic job and the concierge saved me a ton of time researching.
