Sheung Wan is a good neighborhood to be based in for a visit to Hong Kong. There are plenty of lively restaurants within walking distance. Transportation is easy to downtown and the ferries. The breakfast buffet in the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced.

Convenient location right along the tramway line, and walking distance to the MTR and ferry terminals. Clean room, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, and excellent service. Room with view was great. Water refill station was appreciated.

Staff at front desk, breakfast area and cleaners were helpful and friendly. Front desk and breakfast area staff spoke very good English. Convenient to get dimsum, coffee and snacks just next door. Not so good for shopping.

The staff are amazing especially the bar and restaurant. The bathrooms could do with some maintenance and deep cleaning. The mattress was extremely hard although they provided a topper this did not do much for us. It is in a great central location with MTR couple of mins walk, bus an tram outside the door.
