Hello everyone
My name is Sun, and I am a local Black Hmong woman born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Sapa.
I grew up in a simple family without the opportunity to attend school, and I got married at a young age. Despite the challenges, I created this trekking experience to share the authentic culture, traditions, and daily life of the Hmong people with visitors from all around the world.
During this journey, you will discover breathtaking rice terraces, peaceful villages, beautiful mountain landscapes, and unforgettable moments with my family and local community. I hope this experience will become one of your best memories in Vietnam.

1 Day Trekking Tour: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van ~ 10km
9:00 AM – Meet in Sapa Stone church ⛪️

9:30 AM – Trekking to Y Linh Ho Village
Walk down into the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley and visit Y Linh Hồ village, home of the Black Hmong people.
You will enjoy:
- Amazing rice terraces
- Mountain views
- Local village life
- Beautiful photo spots
11:30 AM – Continue to Lao Chai Village
Lao Chải is one of the most beautiful villages in Sapa.
We will walk through the valley and enjoy the peaceful scenery.
12:30 PM – Local Lunch
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese traditional food.
2:00 PM – Trekking to Ta Van Village
Continue walking to Tả Van village, where the Giay ethnic people live.
You can see:
- Bamboo forests
- Rivers and bridges
- Traditional local houses
- Beautiful countryside views
3:00–4:00 PM – End of the Tour
The tour finishes in Ta Van village.
Car transfer back to Sapa town
