Our drive to The Cape Shore will take 2-2.5 hours.Along the way, we'll experience breathtaking views of miles of verdant forest and stunning Conception Bay. We may even spot a moose!

Salmonier line

We'll travel the scenic Salmonier Line coming and going from The Cape Shore. On our return, time and weather permitting, we'll pause for a nature walk in the boreal forest.

Cape St. Mary's Ecological Reserve

On arrival we'll begin the 1.4 km walk to Bird Rock where we'll take in the jaw-dropping sight of thousands of Gannets, Murres, and Kittiwakes nesting on the cliffs.

We'll visit this, the largest centre on The Cape Shore, first settled by the Irish around 1790. Branch is known as "The gateway to Cape St. Mary's".
