What you can expect

Open the gates to one of the New 7 Wonders of the Worldand admire the legendary, ancient Maya town. Tucked deep in the Yucatan jungle, Chichén Itzá—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—is now regarded as a symbol of a fascinating civilisation.

During the tour to one of the most visited ruins in Yucatán, learn how Chichén Itzá was built and marvel explore this amazing site, which boasts the most diverse set of Mayan architecture in one location.

Look in awe over the massive Temple of the Warriors, see the Great Ball Court, stop and imagine the cheers from the crowd as players engaged in competitive games presided by their king.

After the tour, you will visit a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious Mexican buffet lunch with vegetarian options.

Before heading back to Mérida, you'll head to a refreshing Cenote for a swim. Cenotes are natural sinkholes resulting from the collapse of limestone bedrock that exposes fresh water underneath.

Then, we will return to Mérida after an incredible day.
