What you can expect

  • Day 1: Bishkek - Ala-Archa - Ratsek Hut

    Begin your adventure with a drive from Bishkek to the Ala-Archa Gorge. Follow a trail through coniferous forests, stone fields, and rushing streams, alternating ascents and descents with an elevation gain of about 400 metres. Make short stops to rest and have a snack while enjoying the views of the surrounding peaks. Spend the night in the cosy Ratsek Hut, where the mountain air and the sound of the wind create an atmosphere of complete seclusion with nature.

    Day 2: Ratsek Hut – Uchitel Peak

    On the final stage of the route, ascend from the hut to Uchitel Peak. Tackle alternating sections of steep rocky trails and descents, with a total elevation gain of about 1,030 metres. Reach the summit and enjoy panoramic views of the Ala-Too mountains. Descend back to the hut, leaving you with a feeling of complete unity with nature and the summit you have reached.
