    You will ride the cable car to Aiguille du Midi, which was the highest cable car in the world when it opened in 1955. Take in stunning panoramic views of the Alps, overlooking France, Switzerland, and Italy. Lunch is free time.

    You will also have the opportunity to take the Montenvers cogwheel train to the Mer de Glace glacier. This electric railway travels 3 miles through scenic mountain landscapes before reaching the longest glacier in France.

    Enjoy free time to explore at your own pace. Walk around and discover local attractions such as Parc Loisir, Musée Alpin, Lac Gaillands, or Atelier Les Racines.

    Chamonix is known worldwide for outdoor sports, including mountaineering, alpinism, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, trail running, and skiing.
