What you can expect

  • The “Exclusive Etna & Taormina Tour from Syracuse” will start with the Pick-up at your accommodation.

    Once you reach the Crateri Silvestri, you will trek through a simple paths of the Etna Park.

    The tour will continue to Zafferana Etnea: the city of honey. Here you will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of honey processing. In the village square you will discover some of the typical culinary specialities of the area.

    Immediately afterwards, you will leave for the beautiful Taormina. Situated on a promontory, from here you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views; there are two entrances, leading to the city centre: Porta Catania and Porta Messina. Along the medieval streets of Taormina every corner smells of Sicily: you can taste typical food, buy typical Sicilian souvenirs and observe the beauty of the sea.

    If you want, you can visit the Teatro Antico that is the main monument of the town and the Villa comunale, inspired by the English gardens and home to a remarkable variety of exotic plants.
