We'll visit authentic “huariques,” those secret and traditional places frequented by Peruvians themselves, where you can discover the true local flavour at affordable prices. In addition to tasting each dish, you'll learn about the history, ingredients, and culinary secrets passed down from generation to generation by our talented cooks, affectionately known in Peru as “las señitos.”
