Using the Nature Therapy & Mindfulness methodology, we will experience a unique sense of well-being and feel first-hand the benefits that renowned scientists and prestigious scientific journals have reported regarding the effect that nature can have on us: it boosts the immune system (fewer illnesses), strengthens the immune system, and has an antidepressant effect, improving mood in the medium and long term.

We will walk at a leisurely pace and engage in activities that will allow us to appreciate the “here and now,” stimulating your inner world through the beauty of the place we will be exploring.
