What you can expect

  • During your hunt, our local truffle hunter will explain truffle hunting techniques so you can kick off your experience. Breathing in the pure air of the woods, you will enjoy the enchanting Sicilian countryside and the beauty of the forests of the Iblei Mountains.

    You will reach an authentic Sicilian restaurant in Palazzolo Acreide where an expert chef will welcome you into his kitchen and you will learn how to clean the truffle and how to use it in order to enrich many dishes and turn the taste into an experience. You will enjoy the truffle you have collected in a delicious meal, prepared for you and accompanied by a tasting of local wines.

    After lunch, if you want, you can walk through the streets of the historic centre of Palazzolo Acreide, where you can stroll and taste many delicacies the town has to offer.
