This prestigious wine is aged at more than 50 metres deep in the Portofino Marine Protected Area. Thanks to the underwater currents, the constant pressure, and the absence of light, it develops extraordinary tertiary aromas: Mediterranean herbs like rosemary and bay leaves, notes of cedar, bergamot, pink grapefruit, and mandarin, all enhanced by a fine, persistent perlage.
During the experience, a full bottle will be opened and served at the ideal temperature (10–12 °C), paired with selected Ligurian delicacies designed to highlight its maritime character.
