This tasting will begin with a visit to the cellars and the original stone press where wine was made and stored from the 15th century and for several centuries.
We'll enjoy a tasting of 4-5 premium wines made by small-scale winegrowers who are leading the silent revolution taking place in Rioja. Wines in the 90+ range that are personally selected with criteria based on quality and consistency.
The aim of this tasting is for guests to discover the richness and diversity of Rioja wines by enjoying wines that are outside the industry's commercial circuit.
What I offer is a personal experience, an intimate and honest conversation in which we'll talk about soils, climates, and varieties, but also about history, traditions, and above all, the people behind the bottles that we'll uncork.
This experience is a great way to discover that part of Rioja's wine industry that often doesn't make the headlines but is building the foundations for the future of our wine region. This tasting gives visitors a real context about Rioja and is an unbeatable way to understand how important wine has been, is, and will be in our town and region.
The tasting is accompanied by an aperitif and every last detail is taken care of: personalised tablecloths, quality glassware, and service that will always live up to the wines that will be enjoyed.
