Travellers will complete the official Fishermen’s Trail stage from Odeceixe to Aljezur, a full-day coastal hike through one of the most striking sections of the Vicentine Coast. After pickup from their accommodation or agreed meeting point, travellers will be transferred to Odeceixe, where they will receive a briefing on the route, terrain and expected timings before starting the walk. The hike follows the official Fishermen’s Trail markings through coastal scenery, sandy paths, open countryside and Atlantic viewpoints. This is a proper point-to-point hiking activity, not a short sightseeing walk. Travellers should expect a long and rewarding day on natural terrain, with uneven ground, sandy sections, exposed areas and changing conditions. Along the way, there will be opportunities to pause for water, take photographs and enjoy the wild scenery of the west coast. At the end of the hike, travellers will be collected in Aljezur and transferred back to their accommodation or agreed drop-off point.
