Activity itinerary

The Matacanes canyon is an icon of canyoning in Mexico, it is one of the best places to explore and discover its natural wonders. The route is a circuit of 19 km in total, in which the first 6 km is an approach walk to the canyon, 10 km downriver and finally 4 km of trails and river crossings to finish the route. You will be able to enjoy two rappelling descents (30 and 18 metres), natural slides, underground rivers, beautiful caves, turquoise pits and more than 20 jumps into the water (from 1 metre to 12 metres). You cannot miss this emblematic experience in Monterrey!
