Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, in a place called Les Aireaux, in an enchanting setting on the edge of the bucolic Charente. The storey begins in 1656 with the birth of Guy Brillet, the founding father of the winery in the very heart of the Cognac region.
It was in 1985 that Jean-Louis Brillet created La Belle de Brillet, whose name pays tribute to his “Belle”, his wife Isabelle. A unique liqueur combining pear and cognac with its distinctive pear-shaped bottle, it is made from 100% natural products, with no added colorings or flavourings; it is highly versatile and can be used as a digestif or as an aperitif: on the rocks or in a cocktail.
