Land on the island and see the Piazzetta, also known as “the little theatre of the world.” Enjoy free time to stroll along narrow streets filled with craftsman shops and cafes, and don't miss views of Mount Solaro and the beautiful bay of Marina Piccola from the Gardens of Augustus.

Enjoy your fill of free time on Capri before meeting your guide at a funicular that takes you back to the port, where you re-board the boat and return to the port of Naples. From there, end your experience with a walk back to either your cruise ship or a ride back to your central Naples hotel.

The itinerary within the Pompeii excavations may vary from day to day depending on the opening of certain offices and the influx of visitors. The visit guarantees the exploration of one building from each category: 1 Temple, 1 Market, 1 ancient shop, 1 Villa, 1 Thermal bath, 1 Theatre, and the Forum. The selection of visited buildings is determined each time by the guide based on the number of visitors, waiting times, and their opening hours.

The tour includes a visit to a Cameo factory. Cameos are typical jewels from the Roman era, discovered during the excavations of Herculaneum and Pompeii in 1748. At the factory, you can observe a craftsman at work. Cameos are jewels crafted from shells and gemstones, and they are hand-carved by the artisan. Visiting the factory will allow you to use the bathrooms for free before entering the excavations. Therefore, stopping at the Cameo factory is not only informative but also essential in terms of managing the visit to the Pompeii excavations.

The tour in the chosen language is considered confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, there will be the option to choose either an audio-guided tour in the selected language or a guided tour in English.
