Please look out for a GREEN UMBRELLA on the right-hand side, where your guide will be waiting to welcome you. In case there is an event taking place and access to the fountain area is restricted, the meeting point will be moved to the main gates of the palace. In that situation, please also look for the green umbrella, which will clearly mark the new meeting location. If you are arriving by metro, take the U4 line and exit at “Schönbrunn” station. From there, follow the signs leading to the palace; it is only a short walk to the meeting point. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your tour and to allow enough time to locate your guide without stress.
