Riding a bike around the Hoi An countryside is an exciting experience to discover and feel the life of central Vietnam. Kickstart the tour with a 4km bicycle ride out of Hoi An to the village of Tra Que and have a wonderful time here. Spend half a day in this tranquil village, mingle with the locals, and learn of the herbs that go into the daily dishes of local people.
Your guides will arrive with your bicycles to collect you for the start of the scenic Countryside Bicycle Tour and Tra Que Herb Gardens. Cycle through the Ancient Town and quickly venture on to the country lanes, avoiding any heavy traffic and main roads.
Upon arrival at Tra Que Village, your guide takes you on an informative walk through the herb gardens. We then return to a local cafe to rest and pick up a Vietnamese conical hat and bag before heading to the Hoi An Market. At the market you can source for the freshest ingredients for the cooking class.
After, we will head back to the restaurant to begin your lesson guided by our professional chefs. They will instruct you every step of the way and when you are done, you can enjoy the meal you have prepared.
