From the land, we'll move on to the architecture: you'll visit our unique winery, housed inside an authentic trullo. But the real surprise lies beneath your feet. We will descend into the estate's “cellars,” an underground space where the constant temperature protects the wine. You'll get an up-close look at the bottling line and be able to admire the classic ceramic jars – the ancient Apulian amphorae that we use to honour the winemaking traditions of the past – as well as all our products currently undergoing ageing.
