Begin with a traditional Colombian breakfast tasting featuring local baked goods and coffee brewed in a rustic olleta, as generations of farmers have done. Meet the dedicated growers and explore the principles of organic cultivation. Walk through flourishing coffee fields, learn to identify ripe beans, and observe the hand-picking process. Your contribution becomes part of the harvest that stays with the farm.
