What you can expect

    Travel from Flores to Tikal National Park and discover one of the most impressive Mayan cities in Mesoamerica. Departure is at 12:00 PM from the prearranged meeting point, from where you will begin the transfer to the park through the Petén jungle.

    Once inside the park, you will walk along trails surrounded by nature while exploring temples, plazas, and ancient Mayan structures. Accompanied by our local guide, you'll be able to spot local wildlife such as monkeys, birds, and other animals that inhabit the jungle.

    During the tour, you will visit some of the most important sites in Tikal: Complex Q, the Central Plaza, where you will find Temple 1 or the Temple of the Great Jaguar, Temple II, the North Acropolis, the Mayan Ballgame Court, and many more structures to explore, as well as Temple IV or the Temple of the Two-Headed Serpent. You will also have time to enjoy the scenery from the temples. At the end of the sightseeing tour, you'll experience one of the most special moments: sunset over the Mayan jungle, when the sun sets behind the ancient pyramids and the air is filled with the sounds of nature.

    We'll drive for 50 minutes until we reach the main entrance to Tikal National Park, where you can buy admission tickets to the park.
    ⭕ In Option No. 1, entrance tickets to Tikal National Park are not included, and you have to buy two tickets: (⭕If you choose the option with tickets, you will not need to buy your tickets⭕)

    ▪️After buying our tickets, we drive for 20 minutes inside the Park Reserve and arrive at the Visitor Centre.
    ▪️At the Visitor Centre, our Guide will give you time to use the facilities (bathrooms, buy a drink), and then we'll head to the ticket checkpoint, where we'll put on our wristbands and start our Sightseeing Tour.
    ▪️After watching the sunset, we return to the Visitor Centre to board our transport and head back to Flores. We arrive on Flores Island at approximately 8:00 PM.
