Capture photos with the Royal Court of Polynesia, then witness the unveiling of the imu, a traditional underground oven used to roast the succulent kalua pig—the star of a generous island-style buffet.

Feast on local favourites like lomilomi salmon, pulehu chicken, haupia, and more, while enjoying a high-energy show featuring dances from Tahiti, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, and the romantic hula of Hawaii—all performed under the stars.
