What you can expect

Depart the city centre of Granada in an 8-seater combi van and arrive at the small town of Olivares, about 35 minutes away.
Start the guided hike along the Velillos River and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of typical Mediterranean nature. Try to spot some of the typical species that live in the region including many birds and mountain wildlife.
Cross a suspension bridge and walk through Tajos de la Hoz, an incredible natural gorge formed by the constant flow of the river. Climb a staircase that gives a fantastic panoramic view of the region.
Continue in search of the ancient cave paintings, followed by some time relaxing by the fountain of La Corcuela, before finally returning to Granada.
