Begin your journey at Phat Quang Pagoda, a spiritual destination nestled in the peaceful scenery of Du Nhan village. Admire the unique Japanese architecture that harmonises with Vietnamese Buddhist traditions. Explore the meticulously cared-for rock gardens, fish ponds, stone benches, and bonsai trees, all reflecting a deep meditative spirit.
Visit the Tam Bao area, located at the centre of Phat Quang Temple. Marvel at the ancient structure with its graceful curved roofs, sturdy wooden columns, and open space filled with wind and light. See the Buddha statue sitting on a lotus pedestal, surrounded by calligraphy handwritten by Venerable Thich Thien An, each stroke containing a profound Zen philosophy.
Next, head to Van Phuc Silk Village, a place with a history of over 1,000 years. Discover ancient houses, old banyan trees, water wharfs, communal yards, and markets. Learn about the village's silk products, known for their top quality, meticulousness, and sophistication, and often exported to Eastern European countries.
Explore the village's iconic silks, including Van silk, known for its shiny appearance and smooth texture, and satin silk, loved for its softness and shine. Stroll along the umbrella road, a 100-meter-long path covered with colourful hanging umbrellas, making it the ideal check-in place for young people.

Afternoon from 11:45~17:30Start with a pickup from Hanoi’s Old Quarter and head to Chuong, a village that has been well-known for the craft of conical hat-making for over 300 years. Get an observe how conical hats are made and decorate a hat by painting it then bring it home as a souvenir.
Depart for the Quang Phu Cau village, which has been producing incense for more than 100 years. Take a walk to the centre of the village and see how locals make incense on the artisanal, family scale. Meet a family who specialises in dyeing incense sticks and take in the colourful bundles of incense.
Back to the city centre. First place for drop off: Hanoi Train Street. If you don't want to get drop off here, please wait in the car.
