Learn to cook authentic Singapore dishes in a heritage Chinatown shophouse with Food Playground - rated the #1 cooking class in Singapore on Tripadvisor (5.0, 2,300+ reviews) and the only Singapore cooking school recommended by Lonely Planet.
In a small, intimate class (max 12), you'll make local Singaporean favourites like laksa, curry chicken and char kway teow, guided by warm stay-at-home-mum and senior instructors who share family recipes and the food stories behind each dish. Then sit down and enjoy the meal you cooked together.
It's more than a cooking class: Food Playground is a social enterprise that trains and employs stay-at-home mothers and active seniors, so every booking supports local women's work. Halal ingredients, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus available on request.
What you'll experience:
1) Hands-on cooking of 3 authentic Singapore dishes with fresh ingredients
