What you can expect

  • Step into an authentic Italian cooking school for an evening of flavour, fun, and hands-on learning. Your experience begins with a glass of prosecco or a spritz—Italy’s favourite aperitivo.

As you enjoy your drink, you'll get started crafting your own personal pizza with the help of a local chef. Discover how to properly stretch the dough and layer it with fresh, flavourful toppings. Then, slide your pizza into the oven and watch it bake to golden perfection.

Next, you'll make dessert. Follow your chef's instructions to prepare and assemble classic Italian tiramisù. Once your pizza is ready, you’ll sit down with your fellow guests to enjoy your delicious creations with unlimited wine and beer. Share stories, laugh over your pizza-making wins, and soak up the relaxed, communal vibe.

From aperitivo to dessert, this is an unforgettable food-filled evening in Rome with skills you can take back to your own kitchen.
