Together with our guide, you will walk a path that will lead you to the Northern Necropolis, admire the striking rock-cut tombs and the Bat Cave. Along the way you will cross the Calcinara River, and then reach the Northern Village, where you will find the remains of rock dwellings from the Byzantine era.

After an invigorating walk through the ancient paths of Pantalica, you'll ascend to the Anaktoron, the ancient home of the prince.

At the end of the trek, you will travel in your own vehicle to a farm in the area, and here you will be able to taste the true flavours of the area: you will begin with a tasting of olive oil with typical Sicilian bread, and then continue with olives, seasoned cheese, typical seasoned sausage, bruschetta with typical pate, ricotta and honey and the typical pizzolo. All will be accompanied by natural or sparkling water and 2 glasses of white/red wine per person.
