Tasting menu (Varies from 3 to 12 items depending on your package):
1. Bun Bo Hue: Legendary beef noodle soup (not Pho!). Broth ingredients: lemongrass, beef bones, pineapple, shrimp paste.
2. Chuoi Nuong - No. 1 Dessert in Vietnam: Sweet and salty grilled plantain with creamy coconut milk sauce, tapioca, and toasted sesame.
3. Banh Khot (savoury crispy pancakes): Served with mustard greens, lettuce, Thai basil, purple mint, and special dipping sauce.
4. BBQ Beef wrapped in betel leaf: Served with vermicelli, rice paper, green banana, star fruit, and pineapple fish sauce.
