    Guided, step by step by our Chef, you will learn how to prepare Sicilian arancini starting from the preparation and cooking of the different fillings: from the classic ragout, to that with aubergine and, ON REQUEST, also VEGETARIAN versions. You will also learn to prepare the crust and the correct cooking technique, to get a crispy arancino outside and soft inside with its pointed shape reminiscent of Etna

    Finally, you will attend a cooking show dedicated to Sicilian Cannolo and you can stuff it with excellent fresh ricotta.

Activity itinerary

Arancino is a symbol of Sicilian street food and in Catania it is a speciality. During the lesson you will learn how to prepare arancini under the Guide of our Chef, from the preparation and cooking of the different fillings: from the classic ragù, to the typical Catanese sauce alla Norma. ON REQUEST, also VEGETARIAN versions. You will learn the preparation of the crust and the cooking technique, to get a crispy arancino on the outside and soft inside, with the shape reminiscent of Etna. For the Sicilian Cannolo, iconic dessert and symbol of our land, you will attend a show cooking and you can stuff it with excellent fresh ricotta. And then, at the table! You will taste what you have prepared, in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, accompanied by an excellent bottle of Sicilian Red Wine and Limoncello whose flavours will go perfectly with these two masterpieces! An experience to discover Catania with its flavours: Cooking, Tasting, Share and bring with you the taste of Sicily! The course is available for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 16 people
