The process from selecting a kimono to hair styling takes about 45 minutes.
Please return the clothing before 17:00 on the same day.
If you are more than 20 minutes late from your reservation time, your reservation will be invalidated.

Wearing a kimono is strictly prohibited during pregnancy. The store is not responsible for any health problems that may result from hiding your pregnancy

If returned after the due date, a surcharge of JPY 1,100 per person/30 minutes will be charged.

Please strictly adhere to the return time. If you need to delay the return but do not contact the store during business hours, the store will be closed according to the time. If the item is returned the next day as a result, the same amount of clothing fee as the first day will be charged.

A deposit of 10,000 yen(Furisode only: ￥50,000)+Option ¥1,100(including tax) will be required if returning the next day. If it is not returned by the next day, the deposit of ¥10,000 will not be refunded.

If the kimono or accessories (bags, etc.) are damaged when returning the clothing, you must pay the corresponding damage fee. It is recommended to purchase additional insurance service (JPY 550) on-site. Please consult the on-site staff for related questions.

Free luggage storage service is provided on site, but please manage your valuables by yourself. The store is not responsible for any loss (including theft), damage, leakage, etc.

Notes:
● Please note that the selection of adult kimonos may be limited if the hip size exceeds 130cm.
● Children's kimonos are available for children over 70cm in height.
● Children's kimonos are for children aged 12 and under.
