Canyoning is an activity where it`s all about moving down and though a canyon. The trip takes place directly downstream from the renowned Gudbrandsjuvet canyon, approximately 15 kilometres from Valldal, towards Trollstigen. The course is located in an breathtaking canyon, where placid water from Reinheimen National Park runs between vertical granite walls. Within the canyon we have a course of obstacles, travelling down the canyon.

The first challenge is a via-ferrata, followed by a rope bridge, stretched across to the other side of the canyon. From there we move further into the canyon with via-ferrata, a new balance bridge, before do our first dive of the day from 3 metres height! After a short swim in the refreshing water, we climb up again, ready for more jumping, swimming, climbing and ziplining. The trip ends with a swim through a white water rapid at the end of the canyon.

How high do I need to jump?

The answer is 3 metre, which most people can do. It is possible to skip that jump also, but then you will loose a big part of the experience. And what about the highest? 12 metres, but that`s only for the toughest! We have jumps from 1 to 12 metres.
