The guided tour consist of three parts:

  • Introduction to mycology. So that we can know and discover all the processes that take place in nature through videos and images.
  • Tour of the facilities. Following the whole process, from the laboratory, through the production areas and our amazing indoor forest ending in the workshop, where we will know the processes of elaboration.
  • Final tasting. Tasting of one of our products, through original and unusual elaborations, in combination with other products of the island.
