Live Weißwurst production
You'll make white sausages under the guidance of master butcher Julia Böbel. Afterwards, there will be a proper Weißwurst breakfast in the sausage kitchen with Weißwurst fresh from the pot. There are also fresh pretzels from the Menzel bakery, Weißwurst mustard, and beer (with or without alcohol)
What to expect:
- Quick explanation: What ingredients go into the Weißwurst?
- Prepare the ingredients: pluck parsley, cut onions, grate lemon zest, etc.
- Production: Make the Weißwurst sausage under the guidance of master butcher Julia Böbel
- Filling: each participant fills about 6-8 Weißwürste to eat and take away - these are marked with a coloured string so that each participant gets their OWN Weißwürste
- Brewing: Cook the Weißwurst sausages in the pot
- Breakfast: freshly cooked Weißwurst sausages, pretzels from the artisan baker, Weißwurst mustard, and beer
