Leaving the park after the first day and spending the night in the nearby town of West Yellowstone, Wyoming enables you to spend the second day exploring more of the park without extended driving. You will experience all the highlights of the Lower and Upper Loop with ample time to relax and spend more time doing what you are most interested in.
