Your session is led by friendly, BSUPA-qualified instructors—Monika, Mike, and Jay—who are passionate about helping everyone enjoy the joy of SUP. You’ll start with the basics, learning how to stand up, balance, and paddle safely. Progress to fun manoeuvres like cross-deck and 360 paddle turns, and even try some gentle yoga moves on the board. The session finishes with a fun sitting 360 spin for all!

This experience is suitable for adults and children aged 8+, and is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all fitness levels. All SUP equipment is provided, and group sizes are small to ensure plenty of personalised attention.
