    Daily Departure Options

    7:30 AM – Historic Cusco & Panoramic Views
    Ideal for early risers and travellers acclimatising to the altitude. Explore the historic centre, admire the impressive stonework of Inca Roca Palace and the famous Twelve-Angled Stone, stroll through San Blas, and enjoy panoramic views over Cusco. No food tastings included.

    9:45 AM – Market Visit & Culinary Experience
    Visit San Blas Market, sample seasonal fruits, discover local ingredients, enjoy a traditional ceviche demonstration and tasting, and finish at one of Cusco's best viewpoints.

    12:30 PM – Culture & Local Flavours
    Perfect for travellers arriving in the morning. Explore Cusco's highlights while experiencing local life through a market visit, fresh fruit tastings, and a traditional ceviche experience.

    3:00 PM – Afternoon Views, Ceviche & Pisco Sour
