Open the door of a craft brewery in Gérardmer, a few kilometres from the lake, and discover the world of brewing during a friendly session led by a passionate brewer. The tour takes place as close as possible to the production area, right in front of the vats, to gain a concrete understanding of how a 100% craft beer is made.

As the explanations unfold, you will discover the different types of beer, the essential ingredients, the stages of brewing (from preparation to fermentation), as well as the equipment used on a daily basis. The brewer shares his methods, his expertise, and the choices that give character to the house's recipes.

Interaction is at the heart of the experience: you will be able to ask all your questions and learn more about the profession, the aromas, the styles, and what distinguishes a craft brewery. The tour ends with a 6-beer tasting, an opportunity to refine your palate and better understand the flavours through the products you have just discovered.

Good to know: Booking and payment are only required for those who wish to taste the beers. Accompanying guests who do not taste (or those under 18 years of age) can come for free. Non-alcoholic drinks can also be ordered on site for the group.
