    2. The Flight: A 25-mile radius of pure wonder
      Once you're in the air, the show begins. Within a 25-mile radius around Lessay, Cotentin reveals its wild diversity:

    Coastline and gastronomy: Fly over the famous oyster and mussel farms, real maritime chequerboards sculpted by the tides.
