What you can expect

  • Discover Parma from the heart of its historic old town in a cosy and well-kept location, perfect for small groups. Here you won't just make pasta, but you'll experience an authentic moment of Parma tradition.

    We will welcome you with Parmigiano Reggiano and a glass of local wine to break the ice, chat, and start getting to know the sfoglina and the other participants.

    Then, with the guidance of an Emilian sfoglina, you will get your hands dirty and prepare the classic tortelli d'erbetta: from the pasta sheet to the filling, right up to closing them with your own hands. All step by step, without rushing, with practical advice and a lot of attention.

    When the tortelli are ready, we will sit down together to enjoy them, accompanied by a typical Parmesan dessert. It will be a simple moment but full of flavour and conversation among the participants.

    With just a few guests, every gesture, every trick of the sfoglina, and every taste become part of the experience: you will learn, laugh, and taste Parma in a unique way
