Chef Jesse walks you through heating, curd formation and the satisfying process of pulling and shaping fresh cheese.

    Once your mozzarella is ready, turn it into a classic Italian dish. Slice ripe heirloom tomatoes, layer them with fresh basil and your handmade cheese, then finish the Caprese salad with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
