• Himeji Castle
  A UNESCO World Heritage Site and National Treasure, known as Shirasagi-jō (White Egret Castle) for its gleaming white plaster walls. Completed in 1617, it is Japan’s most intact feudal castle, featuring intricate defensive systems, multi-layered roofs, and over 1,000 cherry trees in its grounds.

*Kokoen Garden
Adjacent to Himeji Castle, this 3.5-hectare traditional garden opened in 1992 to mark Himeji’s centennial. It has nine distinct Edo-style walled gardens, scenic ponds, stone lanterns, and the Sōju-an tea house, with stunning cherry blossoms in spring and fiery autumn foliage.

• Akashi Kaikyo Bridge
  Also called the Pearl Bridge, this iconic suspension bridge links Kobe (Honshu) and Awaji Island, completed in 1998 after 10 years of construction. Once the world’s longest-spanning suspension bridge, it offers panoramic sea views, the Maiko Marine Promenade, and Bridge World exhibition centre to explore its engineering feats.

*Arima Onsen
Japan’s oldest hot spring resort nestled in scenic mountains. Famous for golden and silver mineral hot springs, it features relaxing thermal baths, traditional streets and local snacks. Enjoy soothing hot spring experience, peaceful nature and authentic Japanese rural vibe here.

*Mount Maya
A famous scenic spot in Kobe, boasting stunning panoramic city views. It is well-known for breathtaking night scenery hailed as one of Japan’s top three night views. Take the ropeway up to enjoy fresh mountain air, charming landscapes and romantic sunset views, perfect for leisure sightseeing and photo shooting.
