    During this immersive and friendly experience, we will take the time to create, taste, smell, discuss, and understand together what makes a cocktail balanced and gives it its soul. Through natural products, carefully selected ingredients, and creations inspired by the Alsatian terroir, I will introduce you to my vision of mixology: a sensitive, gastronomic, and deeply human approach.

    As a passionate sommelier and mixologist, I enjoy sharing knowledge, telling stories about the products, and explaining the flavours, textures, combinations, and everything else that transforms a simple glass into a true sensory experience. Whether you are a curious or passionate amateur, the goal is above all to spend a warm, sincere, and accessible time, where everyone can learn, experiment, and above all, have fun.

    In a relaxed and authentic atmosphere, you will make several signature cocktails while learning about professional techniques, creative tips, and the history of certain local and artisanal products. Each workshop is designed as a gathering: a lively, spontaneous, and friendly moment where we share much more than just a drink.

    Throughout the experience, you'll also discover how a scent, a texture, a spice, or a simple balance can awaken memories, create an emotion, and transform a tasting into a true sensory journey. Here, every detail counts: the choice of products, the glassware, the gestures, the aromas, the human interaction, and the atmosphere of the moment.

    I envisioned this experience as a timeless interlude, inspired by Alsace, its flavours, its authenticity, and its conviviality. A moment to slow down, discover, create, and share together around vibrant products and passionate expertise.
