Have fun in this fantastic experience making fresh pasta and tiramisu!

I will welcome you to my home in Milan, and together we will follow all the steps needed to make fresh pasta and tiramisu, the true icons of Italian cuisine.
We'll start with an aperitif platter, full of products including cured meats, cheeses, and typical Italian starters.
I'll guide you through the various stages of making fresh pasta, from the dough to shaping it, and then we'll top it with a delicious tomato and basil sauce, in true Italian style!

After this delicious food tasting, you'll sample the iconic Italian dessert… Tiramisu. We'll make it together and wait an hour to enjoy it.
I look forward to sharing these recipes and enjoying them with you in my home, exchanging secrets, experiences and details that I will teach you during the cooking class experience.

We'll pair the meals with excellent wine, red or white, or other drinks if you prefer.
