After a 2.5 hour drive, you will arrive at your destination and start exploring its monuments, relics of different eras; Roman, Arabic, and Christian. Your first stop before reaching the historic centre of Cordoba is the Medina Azahara where you will find the ruins of a magnificent caliph’s palace and its gardens. As you are approaching the centre, you will be amazed by the grandeur of a Roman Temple as its pillars give the impression that reach the skyline.
However, the main attractions can be found in the Old Town. Visitors can take a stroll along narrow streets with picturesque houses and walls decorated with colourful flowers. A typical example of this is Calleja de las Flores, one of the most photographed spots by tourists. A few steps ahead, the landmark of Cordoba, the Mezquita Mosque-Cathedral exhibiting the finest architectural beauty in the area. In the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, you will witness first-hand the opulence of the Catholic monarchs Roman mosaics, terraced gardens full of fish ponds, fountains, orange trees, and flowers are a delightful image. At the end of your ride, your driver will take you to the Puente Romano to admire the Guadalquivir river.

The entrance to the Mezquita is free from 8.30 to 9.30 am, allowing a peaceful visit before the tour groups descend.
