Do you want to experience authentic Puglia, with your hands in the dough and the scent of olive trees all around you? We look forward to seeing you at the Passione Natura Agriturismo for a special Cooking Class, in a family atmosphere where cooking is made of tradition, love and authentic ingredients.

During the 2-hour cooking class, you will learn step by step how to prepare typical Apulian recipes, following the simple techniques of home cooking: dough, fresh pasta making, and seasonal preparations. The ingredients are of the highest quality, many of them organic and locally sourced, and the experience is designed to let you experience the most authentic Gargano, with its flavours, stories and conviviality.

The experience is suitable for everyone and also welcomes children: minimum age 2 years. It takes place in the morning with two sessions available: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (first session) or 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (second session).
There is a booking minimum of 4 people.

And there's an extra gift: a free game of Mini Golf (18 holes), a unique route in Vieste surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends. After the cooking class, you can also take a walk and discover the entire agritourism, amidst nature, tranquility, and open spaces, to enjoy a relaxing day just a few minutes from the sea and the centre of Vieste.

Second gift: for those who want it, after the Cooking Class experience, Grandma Marianna is very happy to leave her personal recipes for both pasta and all the organic desserts that she prepares in person at the Agriturismo.
