Overview

We invite you to discover the soul of oil in an immersive experience through the family olive grove, located in the heart of Andalusia. You will walk through the fields where we will show you how we take care of every detail of the process, applying sustainable agricultural practices throughout the year : from pruning and vegetation cover management, to natural fertilization, ecological pest control

You will learn first-hand how we protect soil, water and biodiversity while producing a high quality, environmentally friendly EVOO

After the tour, you will enjoy a professional tasting of extra virgin olive oil, led by Adrian. You will learn to recognise the aromas, nuances and flavours that distinguish a large EVOO, as well as the most common defects that affect its quality.

We will finish the experience with an oil tasting accompanied by artisan bread and seasonal fruit, in a privileged setting.

Adrian, a young farmer and third generation of the family, will personally guide you through the organic olive grove as he tells you how they care for the land without chemicals or herbicides. Then you will enjoy a professional tasting where you will learn to recognise the aromas, nuances and flavours that distinguish an EVOO of premium quality." The experience ends with a tasting of artisan bread, local cheese , oranges or tomato, all paired with our oil, in a natural and quiet environment.
